In gratitude to God this 100th Anniversary year, consider giving toward God’s mission. Write a check to the church marked “Century Celebration Mission Fund,” to be divided:
  • 1/3 to local mission (the Peace Community Center)
  • 1/3 to regional mission (1000 Mission Friends strengthening existing Lutheran congregations and starting new ones in Southwestern Washington)
  • 1/3 to world mission (split between the Davis family mission in Kenya through Empowering Lives International, and ELCA World Hunger)

2009 marks the 100th Anniversary of Peace a small church started by German immigrants from Russia. God has seen Peace Lutheran Church through these 100 years and we want to celebrate the hardships that have been overcome and especially the many blessings God has granted. We’ve come this far by faith! So mark your calendars now for these upcoming events in 2009 – we’re going to keep celebrating all year!!!
